I have just completed reading Quantum Eating which I thoroughly enjoyed, although I am nowhere near adopting that into my way of eating, I did get a lot out of it and can adapt some of what you say to my own circumstances. You communicate your message perfectly at all times… sometimes emotions can get lost in translation so to speak, but whether it’s humour, seriousness or expressing self deprecating sentiments, you succeed in doing so!

Oooooweeee. I just got the copy of the new book in the mail! What a lovely surprise. Thank you so much. Truth be told, it is exquisite. Just marvelous. It turned out so good, I dare say it might be the best book yet. I was already driving my husband crazy saying "Listen to this part" and "Oh, you gotta hear what this one says". People are going to be snatching it from the book tables like it's going out of style.
