Hi, I have just finished reading Tonya’s Raw Food and Hot Yoga book and found it fascinating. I am a Bikram yoga addict myself, and I am trying to find out as much as I can about raw food with a view to at least attempting a semi-raw existence.

Hi Tonya, after watching your facial exercise video, I really wanted to know more about the subject. So yesterday I ordered your two latest books on your website: Raw Food and Hot Yoga as well as Rawsome Flex (I already own all of the others). I can't wait until I receive the package. You look gorgeous and your skin is absolutely beautiful. Every month I look forward to your newsletter and really appreciate all the information, recipes etc. that you share with your readers. You are always an inspiration.

Dear Tonya, I simply wish to share with you my joy. I went to my first Bikram yoga class last Tuesday and I am going back this afternoon! While I was there, I couldn’t believe it because, not a long time ago, it was something impossible for me. No classes around and no time. I subscribed for one month to see, and I will mix it with my martial arts class. I think it will be a fantastic mix. 2 Bikram classes and 2 karate classes a week. After the month, I will see if I give up on one. Thank you very much for your example. You inspire me so much.

Hello Kelli and Tonya, Yippee! I’ve taken three classes now and am finding each one progressively better…Before starting, I read through Bikram’s Beginner Class book and studied the pictures and tried to visualize each exercise. I also have read Tonya’s Hot Yoga book and Quantum Eating multiple times. I came to believe that I could do this if Tonya could. Yes, with each class I take, I am re-training my ankles and knees and elbows, etc. With each little bit of progress I am encouraged by the increased flexibility. …Thank you Tonya, for writing about Bikram yoga.
