Helpful tip for dark circles
When I returned home late last night, I yielded to the sensation of sleepiness. Before you inspired me not to eat at night, I used to stimulate myself to stay awake and finish more work for another hour or two by having a snack. Since I no longer do that at all, I do sleep much better, and I no longer have dark circles under my eyes for the first time in x many years. Thanks for that brilliant rejuvenating tip. It's also a liberation to know that night has fallen, I've eaten enough for today, and the kitchen is closed.
