Very excited about the Quantum Eating

Very excited about this book [Quantum Eating]. I started a raw food lifestyle in May of this year. I have reversed diabetes and lost 70 lbs. I have been struggling over the past month to continue. This eating plan makes SO much sense to me. I have grown younger over the past 5 months and look forward to growing younger and younger.. internally so therefore externally. Thank you Tonya.

Kelli, trust you are doing okay. Am well too and the weather here in Kenya is good, so I am really enjoying green smoothies. I didn’t know I would ever enjoy them. I am starting to get hooked on them. I finished reading the two books and wow, all I can say is that the book was just what I needed. Kudos to Tonya. I am also loving the facial brush, my skin looks so good, I am loving it. I am still hooked to cooked food but am working on it slowly.

Less food - More energy

Tonya, In response to the person who accused you of eating too little - I find that since I've improved my quality of food AND my digestion, I don't want (or need) as much food as I did before. A small amount now satisfies me. But paradoxically, I actually have much more energy than I did before.

Raw Food and Diabetes

Hello, I wanted to say that I prepared my first raw food meal for my family this evening. I used your St. Patty's Day Patties recipe and both my husband and son really liked them. My husband saw the Cure Diabetes [in 30 days] DVD a few weeks ago and wants to start to incorporate more raw food in his diet. I was somewhat skeptical. However, after using your recipe tonight I may have to rethink my position and start incorporating more than one raw dinner a week into our home.

Now I live on the water from fruits and vegetables!

I went to one of Tonya's lectures in August in Pennsylvania, near Harrisburg. I've been totally raw [100% raw food diet] for two years and have had green smoothies for breakfast that entire time. After I tasted Nick's green pudding, I've done green puddings for breakfast instead, and doing that has reduced my water consumption by 90 percent. I used to drink several glasses of water at work every day, but not anymore. The change was quite sudden, and has to be attributed to the switch from smoothies to puddings. Now I live on the water from fruits and vegetables!
