Bird’s Nest Salad with Citrus Dressing

Ingredients for the eggs: Orange eggs:
- 1 orange bell pepper, seeds removed, and diced
- ½ cup macadamia nuts, soaked for a couple of hours and drained
- ½ cup ground golden flax seeds
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/3 tsp. Celtic sea salt
- ½ cup pre-soaked sun-dried tomatoes, drained, water reserved
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, seeds removed, and diced
- ½ cup macadamia nuts, soaked for a couple of hours and drained
- ½ cup ground golden flax seeds
- 2 Tbs. water from soaked tomatoes
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/3 tsp. Celtic sea salt
- ½ cup pre-soaked macadamia nuts
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeds removed, and diced
- ½ cup ground golden flax seeds
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/3 tsp. Celtic sea salt
- ¾ tsp. ground turmeric
- Frisee, or you can use spinach leaves or Romaine lettuce
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Cucumbers
- Grape tomatoes
- juice of 1 grapefruit (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- ¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt
- 4 Tbs. raw almond butter, or ¼ cup olive oil
