Vegan Golden Milk

This raw vegan golden milk recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy the benefits of turmeric. Turmeric is a spice with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Ingredients:
•    1 cup raw almond milk, 240 ml  
•    1 tsp turmeric powder
•    ½ tsp ginger powder
•    ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
•    ¼  teaspoon cardamom powder
•    1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)
•    1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare almond milk in advance by combining almonds and water in a high-speed blender, and blending on high for a minute or so. Strain through a nut milk bag. Then in a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
