Citrus Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:
- water and “meat” from 1 young Thai coconut
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 mango, peeled, pit removed
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- a few sprigs of cilantro or parsley
Directions: Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy.
