The rolls can be served as an appetizer or as a main course. You can also use a veggie roll as a sandwich replacement. Veggie rolls are also extremely versatile and can be made in endless variations.
I chose the veggies for this recipe. But you can try your own variations. Whatever fruit and veg you have in the fridge will likely yield something great. You’ll find rice wafers in many supermarkets and oriental products stores.
These Vietnamese-style rolls are great for taking to parties. Everyone will be impressed.

My credo: beauty is as beauty eats. Ensuring you eat daily some salad variation is a big part of how you feel, how you look. When I began my raw food journey, I didn’t like salads. But I developed that love. You can, too.
Your appreciation for this raw goodness will grow as you love your own body and understand that asking it to slow its aging means optimum nourishment. Salads, in that respect, top all other dishes. Their endless variety of color, texture, and taste that raw salads bring is a great delight. Try this simple, delicious recipe.

Cookies? Candies? Snacks? You decide. One matter about which there’ll be no debate, however: They’re somewhere beyond scrumptious!

Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream
Recipe Author: Beautiful on Raw
Vanilla ice cream…Yum! But best only with an authentic vanilla flavor. Thus, we’ve used soaked cashews for this recipe, coconut milk, and a vanilla bean instead of the classic bananas. If you can’t get vanilla pods, use a good quality vanilla extract.

Christmas Tree Crudités

You could serve this recipe in a salad bowl, and it would work fine, in flavor, at least. But it’s presentation that makes it special.
To decorate the table, let us make a Christmas tree with raw vegetables—broccoli, colored peppers, cherry tomatoes. For assembly, we need an anime cone and wooden toothpicks. And a yummy almond butter sauce to go with these veggies.

This year Halloween will be different. Most folks will be staying home. But you can still bring some excitement to your kids and grandkids, decorating your table for the occasion and treating your loved ones with a healthy dessert. Cooked pudding type desserts are made with corn starch and gelatin. We definitely don’t want to use those. So, what’s the answer?

Tiny though they be, chia seeds are about as nutritious as a food can be. They’re loaded with plenty of protein, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and lots of micronutrients. Roll these little guys into this fabulous recipe, and enjoy a real delight.

Raw Vegan Sushi

We’ve a lot to learn from Japanese cuisine and its many iconic raw dishes. Here, we’ll make traditional Maki, rice rolls wrapped in Nori seaweed. We’ll substitute raw cauliflower rice for cooked rice. Try to make your makis colorful and attractive.
