Christmas Smoothie Bowl

For those of you trying to upgrade your diet, holidays are hard. You take one tiny step off the raw food wagon, grab a piece of cooked dessert, and the next day you might see a skin blemish, such as a pimple. With this delicious smoothie…it’s not going to happen!

There's nothing nicer than pampering yourself on Christmas morning with a guilt-free treat. Frozen banana is this smoothie’s base, giving you the sweetness you want. Add coconut meat and the berries of your choice, makes it the perfect breakfast. We use a combination of strawberries and blackberries, but you can choose other berries—they’ll all work well. If you want a bit of variety, try using blueberries or currants. This recipe is for two individual bowls’ worth, but you can easily multiply quantities for a larger gathering.
